How does the Free plan work?
The Free plan gives you access to core features with limits (1 source, 1 destination, 20 documents/month). No credit card required. Upgrade anytime to unlock more capacity.
Can I connect multiple chat platforms?
Yes! Each source connection can be a different platform (Slack, Discord, Telegram). The Free plan includes 1 source, Starter includes 2, and Pro/Team are unlimited.
What destinations are supported?
We support Notion, GitHub Issues, Jira, and Confluence. Each destination has a dedicated format adapter — Notion blocks, GitHub issues with labels, Jira tickets with fields, Confluence pages with headings.
How does AI classification work?
Our AI analyzes conversations to identify decisions, bugs, tasks, knowledge, and questions. It scores importance and routes content based on your rules. You can add user context and custom AI instructions (Pro/Team) to fine-tune routing.
What counts as a 'document'?
Each successfully routed piece of content counts as one document. If a conversation matches multiple rules and gets sent to 2 destinations, that counts as 2 documents.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. You can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We never share your data with third parties. Slack signature verification prevents unauthorized access.
